Force testers to enter comment/actual result on each step

In some context, you may have to make sure that each test case's step has its  'comment' filled in with a description of the actual results.

By default, XStudio does not enforce to enter an actual results or comment.

But you can force it for all manual testing, by configuring the server settings/advanced 'comments are mandatory with manual testing'. 

You can also propose a basic template to users for them to provide a useful comment. This template supports some smart formatting
